There's also direct photo printing from memory cards* or via a Photo Index Sheet – making it invaluable if you own, or want to acquire, a digital camera.
Photo lab quality printing at home
Get outstanding borderless photo printing, without any white frame around the edges. Canon's FINE print head uses tiny Micro-Nozzles that eject 1 picolitre ink droplets, to deliver a high 9600 x 2400 dpi print resolution. The end result is that every colour and detail is captured perfectly. Allowing you to print perfect borderless photos on 4 x 6", 5 x 7" and A4 sizes.
Rapid printing and copying
Print and copy homework, letters and documents fast and efficiently. You can print at up to 30 ppm in black and white or 24 ppm in colour. Or produce a superb 4 x 6" borderless photo print in only 36 seconds. Another advantage is quick, one-touch copying without the need to turn on your computer.
Swift, high quality scanning
A CCD sensor gives maximum detail and colour intensity to scanned images, thanks to a high 2400 x 4800 dpi resolution with 48/24-bit colour depth. Scanning is fast, even for high resolution photos. Included is the facility to scan photo negatives and slides with the Film Adapter Unit. A USB2.0 Hi-Speed interface transfers data speedily between your PIXMA and PC.
Direct photo printing from memory cards, PDA or mobile phone
Print superb photos straight from your digital camera's memory card. The PIXMA MP800 accepts all popular memory cards* and InfraRed** for fast and easy photo printing without using a computer.
