Welcome to our Support and Information Centre.
We have launched this centre to provide an improved service to visitors and customers who require assistance.
The ticket system allows us to keep track of support requests in a superior way compared to email, and as we build the knowledgebase, this resource will enable many questions to be answered without the need for raising tickets and waiting for a response.
As we have only recently launched the centre (31/05/07), it is going to take time for the knowledgebase to develop, but we will be adding content on a continual basis. |
